Throughout this learning process the child / adolescent / student is more in control of their education than ever before. Their desire for learning is more naturally encouraged. Their sense of the world, their role in the world, and their ability to improve the world for all is enhanced as never before. The focus is no longer on what we cannot change; the student emerges with an increased sense of self confidence. The sciences - physical and social - are no longer resented or questioned; they are now seen as useful tools that the student can deploy to further their dreams, or as current systems that the student feels empowered to question and develop further.

Key foundations of educational theory have become part of the student's self:
1. The young child as "little scientist" (Piaget) has emerged as a systems literate, continuous learner, pursuing their dreams with a childlike positive view of the world.
2. Instrumentalism (Dewey) or "learning by doing" has been key throughout the process; the student can "hit the ground running" as they move into the role of doing things, during their education and beyond.
3. Ecoliteracy (Capra) is a natural and enthusiastic part of the student's very being.
4. Emotional Intelligence (Goleman) has been fostered by blending the fairy tale with reality.

This powerful synergy of learning concepts, this holistic sense of self has never before been deployed as the basis of a learning system. The potential of these students is beyond our imagination.
