The Messe AG, owner of the land on which the Pavilion stood wanted more parking for its trade fairs. Even though cars can park underneath the ZERI Pavilion, it insists on a correct legal basis that the world's fair most visited pavilion must be destroyed. No one who wrote a letter or an email to the Messe received a reply.
