The EXPO advances the idea that ZERI could have a pavilion of its own. Simón Vélez, Mario Calderón, Paolo Lugari, Lucio Brusch (ZERI Brazil) and Gunter Pauli meet to envision the key parameters for the Pavilion. Simón Vélez creates a new masterpiece from guadua (a giant bamboo), arboloco (a sunflower), aliso (a fast growing tree) and chusque (a thin bamboo), all part of the Colombian Coffee Region's biodiversity.
